He used to be a street dweller, the first kaibigan (a Filipino word which means "friend") to experience a genuine life transformation through CCT Kaibigan Ministry.
From his life on the streets, he now serves as a senior pastor to a local church in Zambales. In 2017, he also established his own outreach to the Aeta community in Libas, New Cabalan, Olongapo City.
Out of compassion for the tribe, he communicated again with Ate Ruth and friends from CCT his desire to extend help to the Aetas—and he was not disappointed by his CCT family. Some have even become members of CCT Credit Cooperative availing of services like loans and savings.
By the way, Rev. Joel Delos Santos is also a member of the CCT Credit Co-op and happily married to Joy Tabujara, also an Aeta.
